| As of September 2007, Orf Brewing is still in the developmental state. As soon as the incorporation papers and legal licensing are official, we will be seeking investors. The brewery will start out very small, with startup costs as low as possible, with the goals of developing "proof of concept." In other words, we want to be sure that people will buy our beer in small amounts before we go making large amounts and spending tons of money on equipment and warehouse space. A suitable and desired site for the brewery has been located in south Austin. Further details will be made available whenever anything is official. For now, relax. Have a beer.
