| As of June 2009, Orf Brewing is still in the developmental state. It is developing, but it's a long, slow process. We have the beers. We have the logos. We have the labels. Now comes the hard part: the legalities and the fund-raising. The brewery will start out very small, with startup costs as low as possible, with the goals of developing "proof of concept." In other words, we want to be sure that people will buy our beer in small amounts before we go making large amounts and spending tons of money on equipment and warehouse space. Of course, if somebody wants to help finance us and let us start out with a big system and a huge space, we could work with that too. A suitable and desired site for the brewery has been located in south Austin. Further details will be made available whenever anything is official. For now, relax. Have a beer.
